Miss Mmeremikwu Ogechi Edith simply known as OGE M was born on the 17th of April 1986 in the city of Owerri, in Imo State of Nigeria and a native of Obi-Orodo in Mbaitoli Local Government of Imo State.
She attended Imo State University Owerri (IMSU) where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Education Guidance and Counselling (B.Sc.Ed).
She discovered her talent as a singer in the year 2003 and later in 2008 by the help of the HolySpirit demystified her calling as a music minister and started writing songs that same year.
Her humility and learning spirit as well as her passion for her calling has since 2008 taken her to different places ministering to God and His people.
She was featured by Pastor Emmanuel Njoku in his album titled "Throne of Grace" released in the year 2006; featured by the same pastor in his album titled "Angel of Help" released in the year 2008; also featured by Minister BNM in his album titled "Ma Turn" released in the year 2011 and God has helped her to release her debut album titled "Shining Star" on the 24th of April 2016.
The uniqueness of her craft by the hand of God has raked in countless testimonies. She prays and believes that God will use her music to bring hope to innumerable lives and situations.
She is a voice warming up to make an indelible mark in the gospel music domain. Glory be to God Almighty forever, Amen.
